- Project Development Office
• Supports feasibility studies, financial modeling, and project proposals
• Coordinates permits and regulatory compliance with government agencies
• Assists project managers in implementation and reporting
- Financial Analyst
• Prepares financial models, valuations, and investment appraisals
• Conducts risk analysis and supports fund sourcing activities
• Works with investors and stakeholders to ensure project bankability
- Environmental & Regulatory Specialist
• Prepares environmental impact assessments and compliance reports
• Ensures projects meet DOE, DENR, and ERC regulatory requirements
• Advises on sustainability practices and community engagement
- Project Engineer
• Oversees site surveys, technical assessments, and project execution
• Provides engineering support for solar, hydro, wind, and biomass projects
• Works with EPC contractors and supervises construction activities
- Legal & Compliance Associate
• Assists in drafting contracts, PPAs, and regulatory submissions
• Provides legal research on energy policies and industry regulations
• Supports advisory team in project due diligence and compliance matters
- Business Development Associate
• Conducts market research and identifies new investment opportunities
• Builds relationships with potential clients, investors, and partners
• Assists in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
